Cooking Lessons with Janet Tiampo plus French Cookbook from Sundial Bookstore

Expand your culinary education with this cooking class for up to six people (adults and/or children) given by Lexington resident Janet Tiampo, a Cordon Bleu-trained chef. Your class can focus on learning a technique (such as knife skills or working with puff pastry) or on creating a specific menu. The four-hour class can be held at your home or in the chef's gourmet kitchen. Continue your culinary exploration of French cooking with a copy of Country Cooking of France by Anne Willan, founder of the prestigious La Varenne cooking school in Paris, France.
