Gourmet Meal and Cooking Class for Six People with Ed Jackson In Your Own Home

Calling all cooks! A group of six lucky people will prepare and enjoy a delectable feast of the freshest seasonal ingredients under the guidance of top Boston chef Ed Jackson. Ed will work closely with the winner to develop an appropriate menu. He will arrive at your home with all of the necessary food and equipment (aprons included) for an afternoon class full of cooking tips and techniques. You set the table and provide the wine, and then enjoy the fruits of your labors. Ed Jackson, a top graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, lives in Lexington with his two daughters. He was a head chef at Waltham's Tuscan Grill and has worked at Maison Robert, Tremont 647, and Lumiere. Ed conducts cooking classes, caters, and has two cookbooks in development.
