ExpressPay: A great way to pay for auction items at ET
If you’re attending Educated Tastes, here’s why you should register with ExpressPay when you check in
-
Everyone receives a bidder number during check in at the ET reception tables. During the evening, you will use your bidder number to identify yourself when bidding on live and silent auction packages.
-
If you have registered with Express Pay by swiping a credit card during your registration, your winning bids will be charged directly to your credit card.
-
At the end of the evening, you will receive an invoice itemizing your winning bids. So there’s no waiting in line to pay at the cashier - just take your invoice and directly to the designated pick-up area to collect your prizes. This gives you more time to enjoy dessert and relax with your friends
Here’s how to register with ExpressPay:
-
When you check in at the ET reception table, register with ExpressPay by having a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) swiped into our system. That credit card will be associated with your bidder number. We generate a receipt with a $0.00 balance – you sign this receipt and keep a copy.
-
Note: Credit card transactions using the Express Pay system will be charged the day after the auction.
And there’s no risk to you, win or lose:
-
If you do not win any auction packages, your card will show a zero balance due and will be automatically deleted from the system.
-
All credit card information from the winning bidders will be deleted from the system after the cards have been processed and the transactions are complete.
